熱處理：25噸帶循環(huán)熱流封閉式退火爐一臺(tái)、15噸（雙底座）退火爐一臺(tái)。
氧化皮處理：4噴頭型鋼拋丸機(jī)兩臺(tái)、盤圓拋丸機(jī)兩臺(tái)。
冷軋?jiān)O(shè)備：連續(xù)冷軋機(jī)組一套、250大型冷軋機(jī)一臺(tái)、180冷軋機(jī)三臺(tái)。
矯直設(shè)備：型鋼矯直機(jī)兩臺(tái)、圓鋼矯直機(jī)兩臺(tái)、15-28、20-40滾光機(jī)組貳套。
